Before we start any design work we need to confirm your order. We do this by 1-getting the specifications for your design (what we are designing, anything you want/need included and input on your preferred style) We also take full payment before we start any design work (in some cases a deposit is okay but this needs to be agreed upon before) Our design process works on a maximum 3 working day turnaround so once everything is confirmed it will take 3 days to get you your first proof to look at. From there tweaks and changes will take up to 3 more working days to make. All design work is non refundable once the process has started.
Most of our custom clothing follows the same guidelines to take care of. Wash inside out and cold and dry on no or low heat. Drying at high temperatures will cause the design to fade or crack over time. Specific pieces and techniques do require more attentive care but we will let you know this before purchasing. Please be attentive of typos/grammatical errors when you see proofs as these errors are usually hard/impossible to fix once printed.
